My work focuses on resolving the internal drivers behind burnout—not just managing the symptoms. We don’t repeatedly talk about your symptoms because that won’t change anything. Rather than trying to control your schedule or reduce demands, we address what is creating the pressure from within.

We work at a level where these patterns are organized – the subconscious mind. I use a combination of advanced modalities such as:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Somatic processing to release pent-up emotions stored in the body and relieve chronic symptoms such as pain, fatigue and muscle tension

  • Parts-based work to harmonize and heal internal conflicts

  • Subconscious-level interventions to help break negative, high-pressure thought patterns


What it looks like in practice:


We map the internal systems driving burnout, how these patterns are showing up in real time—how you relate to expectations, responsibility, and performance. We reorganize how those parts function and neutralize any past experiences that may contribute to this pattern

From there, we work at the level where those patterns are held, so your system no longer needs to operate in constant overdrive. This allows for a more sustainable way of moving through life without losing your effectiveness.
