Subconscious Patterns & Self-Sabotage Therapy in St. Petersburg, Florida

How subconscious patterns show up in relationships

You know what you want to change. You can see the pattern clearly. You’ve likely thought it through many times. And yet, it continues. There’s a disconnect between what you understand and what actually happens.

Self-Sabotage frequently shows up in relationship patterns where the same dynamics repeat, even when you understand them. There’s a part of you that’s trying to stay safe based on old attachment wounds. You may find yourself repeating the same dynamics and so you’ll need to work at the subconscious level to get results.

Why You Still Struggle or Feel Stuck

Many patterns are driven by subconscious conditioning and internal dynamics that operate outside of conscious awareness. Understanding them doesn’t necessarily change them. The pattern continues because it’s still active at a deeper level.

This includes patterns shaped through early experiences and attachment dynamics—how you learned to relate, respond, and protect yourself.

How My Approach is Different

My work focuses on resolving the pattern at the level it’s operating—not just increasing awareness of it. By working with subconscious and internal processes, we shift the patterns that show up in relationships, decision-making, and how you relate to yourself. We resolve what is driving the behavior itself.

What it looks like in practice:

We work with the pattern as it shows up in real time—how it feels internally, how it moves, and what maintains it. We’ll use advanced subconscious modalities that work efficiently at the deepest levels of the mind such as EMDR, subconscious re-patterning, somatic integration and parts work to address internal conflicts

This allows the pattern to shift in a way that doesn’t rely on willpower or constant effort

What Begins to Shift for You

There is less internal resistance. Follow-through becomes easier. Decisions feel more aligned. The pattern no longer runs automatically. You’re able to shift your relationship blueprint and transform how you connect to others.
